The Aldan-Maadyr National Museum of the Republic of Tuva has a rich ethnographic collection. The exhibition “The World of Tuvans: Life, Traditions and Culture” presents the material and spiritual culture of Tuvans, emphasizing not only their national identity, but also the interaction with the culture of other ethnic groups as a result of social events.
At present, the popularization of national culture acquires a special significance, because the exhibited items of everyday life are out of use. Thanks to the exhibition “The World of Tuvans: Life, Traditions and Culture” visitors can see the structure of a real Tuvan yurt, the clothes of a noble noyon, national musical instruments (chadagan, Tuvan igil, byzaanchy) and household items.
Exhibits are marked with AR stickers for identification purposes.
