The exhibition presents a detailed interior of the Adyghe dwelling. Above the simulated fireplace-type hearth (dzhenyk) is a clay chimney-smoker (onjack), used for heating and cooking. A cauldron chain (lhonch) with a cast-iron pan hangs above the hearth. The walls of the dwelling are decorated with mats (pIuable) made of cattail. The floor is laid with mats. The exhibition presents kitchen utensils, wash jugs (kumgans), boilers, basins, a table on three legs (Iane) and cups. There are also attributes of a religious ritual: copper basins and kumgans for ablutions, rosaries, mats.
The material culture of the Adyghe is represented by tools for processing wool, pottery, items of horse equipment, various mats, samples of gold embroidery art and clothing details. The model of the Adyghe homestead complements the exhibition.
Exhibits are marked with AR stickers for identification purposes.
