Exhibition Flora and Fauna in the Kazan Region is one of the five permanent exhibitions in the Kazan Regional Museum of Local Lore. The exhibition showcases the diversity of the wildlife in Siberia.
The museum’s dedicated section presents a large collection of stuffed specimens of modern birds and animals that live both in the wild and near people.
Visitors can view a stuffed fox, Arctic fox, roe deer, wolf, wild boar, lynx, badger, raccoon dog, snowy owl, bullfinch, falcon, and many other carnivores and herbivores. The exhibition provides a better understanding of their appearance, size, coat features, habitat, and even behavior.
